    3. Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If a request is made to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use") on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it has been obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in the event that the suspension of use involves significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and that alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of users can be taken, such alternative measures shall be taken.

  1. The contents of this Privacy Policy may be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise provided by law or otherwise in this Policy.
